Please note that when a client fails to show up for an appointment, or cancels with less than 48 hours notice, stylists have a limited opportunity to rebook the appointment. All reservations will require a credit card on file to secure the appointment. There is a 15 min grace period before an appointment is consider a no show . No show or cancelations on the day of appointment are subjected to 100% charge of the services that were to be provided. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subjected to 40% charge of services that were to be provided. I understand life happens and will consider unforeseen circumstances.
